About
In a 2012 press release, Amazon called Martin Crosbie’s debut novel My Temporary Life one of their success stories. His writing journey has been chronicled in Publisher’s Weekly, Forbes Magazine, and dozens of other periodicals. In 2012, Canada’s Globe and Mail newspaper devoted two pages to Martin’s inspiring story. Martin’s most recent release The Dead List – A John Drake Mystery was awarded a publishing contract by Kindle Press (an Amazon publishing imprint).
He’s also the author of four other works of fiction.
In 2017, Martin created BookDoggy.com to help authors promote their books. To date, BookDoggy has promoted over 10,000 books and helped hundreds of authors connect with readers.
Martin was born in the Highlands of Scotland and currently makes his home on Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada.
Due to the encouragement of a small but vocal group of readers, Martin has resumed his writing career and a new book has been completed. This literary fiction/mystery novel will be published by the end of 2023.
